Nourish Charlotte, a nutritious, organic, clean and plant-based meal delivery service, will serve a collaborative dinner with Lenny Boy Brewing and Freshlist from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on August 6 at Lenny Boy Brewing, in Charlotte. Executive Chef Julia Simon of Nourish and Chef Matt Martin, formerly of Fern, will prepare and provide a four-course vegan dinner with Charlotte’s best summertime produce.

Each course will be paired with Lenny Boy Brewing’s beverages, both alcoholic and non, and features a one-time, small-batch specialty kombucha brewed just for this dinner.

The menu, which is all-vegan, gluten-free and refined-sugar-free, will beCaprese Stack with Watermelon, Mozzarella, Mint and Basil;Cobb’d Avocado with Hard-Boiled Egg, Bleu Cheese, Grilled Sweet Onions and Oyster Mushroom Bacon; Pub Nachos with Cultured Beer Cheese, BBQ Jackfruit, Root Veggie “Chips” and Jalapeno Kombucha Pickles; andSlow-Roasted Peach Parfait with Bourbon Caramel and Vanilla Custard.
