Alternative Therapy Charlotte will host Alone in Heaven: Shamanic Sound and Storytelling presented by Ewanna from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on March 20. The experience will be a Sound & Story Alchemical Journey into the illusion of separation from love, and back into wholeness through the healing power of human connection and unconditional acceptance.

It’s about the heartbreak of the self-imposed exile that every one of us has experienced, by putting on the smoky glasses through which we only see the ones who are gone and not those holding us; a real-life story of lost and found, death and rebirth, desolation through disconnection and healing through re-connection and recognition of self and others.

Spoken words will be carried on waves of sound and rhythms of shamanic drums, didgeridoos, rattles, crystal harp and handpan. It’ll be a magical journey resourced from the power of the human heart and Cosmic Love—perfect for a night under the light of the full moon.

Attendees are advised to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket or anything else for comfort.
