Van Gurp Dentistry, in South Charlotte, is now known as Kempter Holistic Dentistry after the recent merger with the practice based in Concord.

About a year ago, Dr. John Kempter met with a dentist from the South Charlotte area, Dr. Richard Van Gurp, with whom he shared similar ideals. As their professional relationship has developed, they decided to combine their practices. The combined doctors and staffs will be rotating between the Charlotte and Concord offices, so clients will be seeing familiar faces.

At its core, holistic dentistry is focused on how dental health and treatment affects one’s overall health and well-being. For the patient that wants to achieve health and thus minimize their need for continual dental repair, holistic dentistry represents the best option in dentistry today.
