Starting this month, Okra Charlotte is introducing its Ultimate Three-Hour Complete Mind-Body Reboot. Clients will receive a custom one-hour Thai Thera Stretch and Release Session fully clothed on an authentic Jumbo Thai Mat followed by a two-hour Full Body Reset including custom craniosacral, full-body hot stone massage, Raindrop Therapy using eight Young Living oils on the spine and soles of the feet, myofascial release, custom trigger point therapy and a reflexology treatment.  

The total overall experience includes support for toxin release, muscle relaxation, immune support, stress relief, nervous system calming, inflammation reduction and more.
