The Alzheimer’s Alternative Expands Program to Include Longevity

The Alzheimer's Alternative is expanding their offerings and accepting new clients in their Longevity Coaching program this month that features biohacking products and services to achieve health goals now, while staying ahead of the curve for the future. This new service is designed for anyone who is seeking to live a healthy and active lifestyle, longer. Clients will co-create a customized plan that suits their needs and addresses all the key areas of health and well-being including nutrition, exercise, sleep, brain optimization, detoxification and supplements as well as the importance of relationships, experiences, environment, spirituality/mind-body and purpose/personal growth.
