Healing Touch Energy Sessions: Release, relaxation, and restoration can be yours when you receive a Healing Touch session. Healing Touch is an energy therapy in which practitioners consciously use their hands in a heart-centered and intentional way to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

Spiritual Direction Sessions: Experience the healing and transformation that comes from being deeply listened to. Spiritual Direction creates a sacred space for your soul’s journey to unfold. A spiritual director listens deeply to help point out where God is moving in your life or to help you uncover the deeper truths that lie hidden within you. Meeting with a Spiritual Director can help you to clarify your desires and your calling. Allow me to lead you through discernment exercises to notice where God is moving in your life. The answer is already inside of you and we can find it together!

Small Groups: Various small groups and book studies are offered throughout the year. Learn the art of holy listening, different techniques for journaling, or about the unique gifts that you have been given. Visit the website to learn more!
