My personal and professional experience has transformed the way I view human suffering. I see it as a necessary push from life that may come in the form of depression, anxiety, fear, sadness, or loss. that forces us (if we remain open) to reexamine life and who we truly are. I, therefore, do not view mental health symptoms as problems that need to be fixed. Instead, I view them as necessary experiences for our souls to grow and evolve.

Our goal is to support you in seeing your "symptoms" from a new perspective; welcoming them as important messages that are letting you know where you need to focus so you can discover the person you were always meant to be.
Practicing Self-Care
Our body, mind, and soul are in constant communication with us if we take the time to pause and listen. However, many of us have learned to ignore these messages, and as a result, experience mental or physical health "symptoms."
In therapy, our goal is for you to learn how to listen to what you need to thrive. This is the basis of self-care or self-love.
Healing your Inner Child
It is rare to have a perfect childhood. Our caretakers had the best of intentions, but because of their own conditioning were unable to meet their children’s needs. We all have a wounded inner child calling out to be heard.
In therapy, your healing journey begins when you explore the common signs of a wounded child + learn how to empathize with these wounds so they no longer hold you back from who you are meant to be.
