At SLS Holistics LLC, I facilitate energy healing through the modalities of Emotion Code, Reiki and soon to be offering Body Code sessions as well. Emotion Code helps to find the trapped emotions within your body by tapping into the subconscious mind. You can think of trapped emotions as the emotional baggage you carry with you all the time. These can go back decades or even be passed through generations and can contribute to chronic illness, physical pain, anxiety, stress, and depression. Helping to release that toxicity from the body allows your body to use its energy towards healing, and benefits can include reduced anxiety and depression, reduced symptoms of physical pain, better connection to loved ones, and increase in happiness. Reiki is healing Universal Life Force Energy and helps the body to get into a highly relaxed state so that it boosts its own natural healing abilities. Reiki is starting to be utilized in hospitals around the globe to help patients heal after surgery. It has been shown to help reduce pain levels, speed up the body's natural healing abilities, lower stress levels, and increase an overall sense of well-being. Body Code is another form of energy healing that looks at the body as the complex organism it is. Body Code deals with balancing the body in these different aspects: emotional, energetic, nutritional, structural, pathogens, and toxicity - making it a sophisticated and complete method of body balancing. None of these techniques are meant to replace medical or mental health care or treatments, but rather complement and add another level to your health and self-care routine.
