Yoga Nidra for Parkinson's: Sleep & Mental Well-being on Zoom
Join me for yoga nidra, a class designed to help manage anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, improve cognition, mental clarity, and focus.
Our Integrated Parkinson's Wellness Class offers an integrated approach to managing Parkinson's Disease through diverse therapeutic practices. This program combines light joint & gland exercises, breath control (pranayama), and Yoga Nidra (sleep with a slight trace of awareness) to help manage non-motor symptoms such as tremors, anxiety, depression, and cognitive impairment.
This class is free, made possible by a generous community grant from the Parkinson's Foundation.
