Through live weekly classes, guided home practice, and a full-day online retreat, you’ll learn how to bring peace into your everyday life, even in the most difficult moments.
Choose from two weekend options to suit your schedule:
- Saturdays starting Feb 22 - Apr 19 from 11-1:30 PT
- Sundays starting Feb 23 - Apr 13 from 1-3:30 PM
Both classes have a full-day virtual retreat scheduled for Saturday, Mar 29th from 8:30-4pm.
