Online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Weekend Series

From economic uncertainty to major social and political shifts, many of us are struggling under the weight of the times. If you’re looking for a way to manage stress and cultivate steadiness, mindfulness can help. Through live weekly classes, guided home practice, and a full-day online retreat, you’ll learn how to bring peace into your everyday life, even in the most difficult moments.

Choose from two weekend options to suit your schedule: 

  • Saturdays starting Feb 22 - Apr 19 from 11-1:30 PT 
  • Sundays starting Feb 23 - Apr 13 from 1-3:30 PM

Both classes have a full-day virtual retreat scheduled for Saturday, Mar 29th from 8:30-4pm.
