Sacred Frequencies: A Spinal Energetics & Sound Healing Journey

 Join Tammy Schoolcraft and Ana Lucia Divins for a very unique immersive group experience designed to promote energetic alignment, release tension, and invite holistic harmony.

Tammy will guide participants through Spinal Energetics, encouraging gentle, organic somatic movement to support the natural alignment of energy pathways within the body. She will also use gentle breathwork to deepen relaxation and infuse the session with Reiki energy, amplifying healing and creating a calming flow.

Ana Lucia will enhance this journey with her Therapeutic Sound Healing, blending the harmonious tones of sound bowls with her soothing voice to create a resonant field of sound. T
