Through a meditation inspired by the phoenix, you’ll walk through the flames of transformation, revisiting past desires and emotions, and break free from the shell that once contained you.

This meditation will empower you to connect with your deepest desires, unlocking the courage for personal transformation. With the symbolism of the phoenix’s rebirth, you’ll create a sigil that represents your journey of change and empowerment. Learn how to channel your emotions and desires into a powerful tool for ongoing transformation.

Prepare for a profoundly transformative experience, as this practice may uncover emotions tied to your growth and past experiences. The workshop provides a safe space for shadow work, emotional healing, and self-reflection, offering a chance for growth, empowerment, and deeper connection to your true self.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and water bottle (we have some extras, but more maximum comfort we recommend bringing your own). All other materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own journal, sketchbook, or favorite pen to further personalize your experience.
