Stress Busters Workshops at Kent-Cook Institute
The Kent Cook Institute at The Nook in Davidson, North Carolina, will present two free special Stress Busters workshops at 1:30 p.m. on February 3 and 10. While traditional thinking is that enormous amounts of stress creates negative places in people’s lives, the event will address new ways of thinking about stress—how to learn to employ the feeling of stress, fine-tune it and use it as a skill to activate and enhance one’s own personal vitality.
Attendees will be taught that stress is the body’s own voltage which can be transformed into a personal motivator. Organizers attest that it’s time to convert the stressors of life into positive energy motivators, enhancing your health, relationships and helping you complete your projects.
The Institute is accredited by the World Metaphysical Association and the American Council of Holistic Healers. All instructors are professionally trained and certified.
