Angel Pets Expo and Angel Pets Conference in Asheville
The Angel Pets Expo, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Salon B and C, will feature more than 45 vendors specializing in all services and products for pets, senior pet care needs, canine rehab specialists, pet trainers, animal artists, pet memorabilia, animal communicators, grief healing services, veterinarians, holistic pet services, pet CBD oil and other pet supportive topics.
The event, open to the public, will also include select featured vendor presentations throughout the day.
The pioneering, unique, and much-needed Angel Pets Conference 2019, taking place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Salon A, will cover many topics including senior pet care needs, end-of-life care, caregiver support and grief healing. Highlights will include important medical topics for senior animal needs and resources, assessing animal quality-of-life, explaining animal hospice and palliative care, and covering the medical, practical, emotional considerations for pets at the end-of-life transition. Special focus will also be on grief healing from pet loss for ourselves and family, which is often complex and under-addressed in our society.
The conference will include morning coffee/tea/juice, muffins and bagels; the afternoon break will offer beverages, cookies, snack and nuts. Conference attendees will be on their own for lunch.
Some presentations will offer professional CE credit. The event is particularly suited for pet parents and pet professionals.
