Greater Charlotte's Healing Platform Offers Online Course "Healing from the Ground Up"
Amber Pederson, DC, CFMP, Reiki Master and owner of the Healing Platform, will lead a new course entitled Healing from the Ground Up beginning October 24. The curriculum will help participants create a foundation to begin their healing journey and to live a simpler life in harmony with the rhythms of nature. The course will be provided online with access to two, live, group support calls.
“In this go-at-your-own-pace course, we will dive into all aspects of health: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual,” says Pederson. “It’s a course designed for people to feel empowered so they can take charge of their health and healing journey, for those that want to do the work and believe they have the ability to heal themselves.”
Utilizing the elements of nature, attendees will delve into separate techniques to bring balance back to the body like nutrition, lifestyle practices, herbal practices, balancing emotions, animal medicine and meditation.
The program is also particularly helpful for those that may feel overwhelmed with all of the options of healing modalities and want to improve all aspects of their health, but don’t know where to start.
