Sol Harmony Fest in Huntersville
Kat and David Harmon of Sol Harmony LLC and their team at the Sacred Sol Collective nonprofit organization will present the third annual Sol Harmony Fest beginning at 11 a.m. on September 22 and continuing through 7 p.m. on September 24 at the Bright Haven Farm and Green Manor Farm, in Huntersville, North Carolina. With many area vendors, practitioners and entertainers, the three-day, family-friendly, holistic, healing arts, music and movement event will feature more than 60 separate classes, lectures and workshops along with many other health and wellness activities and amenities.
Attendees will be able to experience acro yoga, kintsugi, qigong, sound and energy healing, tapping, chakra dance, yoga nidra and feminine movement; a Healer Village including reiki, massage, reflexology, gut health support, life coaching and more; along with dance parties, drum and song circles. There will also be a kids’ area offering yoga and mindfulness classes; food trucks, tea, fresh juice, and coffee vendors with vegan and vegetarian options; local arts and craft displays; and live musical acts including Charlotte’s very own Of Good Nature taking the main stage at 7:30 p.m. on September 23.
“Sol Harmony Fest was created to support and connect the various holistic communities,” says Kat Harmon. “We truly believe that there are unlimited ways to heal, grow and transform; which is why we offer such a variety of holistic services at our event.
“We are extremely grateful and excited to welcome back everyone who joined us last year and look forward to seeing many new faces and having more amazing experiences to share.”
