Sustain Charlotte will hold its ninth annual Biketoberfest from noon to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 22, starting and ending at Triple C Brewing Company in the South End of Charlotte.      

Biketoberfest is a fun, scavenger-hunt-style event for all ages and abilities and a great way to explore and discover new places around central Charlotte without a car. It is also one of Sustain Charlotte’s major annual fundraisers with all proceeds going to support the organization’s mission to help make the Charlotte area more vibrant, healthy, and equitable for all. 

Participants choose a route and bike, walk, jog or ride transit to local businesses, parks, and greenways, collecting stamps in their Biketoberfest passports along the way. Stamps are then traded in for raffle tickets for chances to win prizes during the after-party.

There will be parties with live music at Triple C Brewing Company on Friday, October 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. for participants to pick up event packets, and on Sunday, October 22 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. featuring raffle drawings and a special Biketoberfest beer.
