I’m really looking forward to 2024, as it’s a whole calendar year full of fresh opportunities. Don’t get me wrong: plenty of great things happened in 2023. It’s just that in reflecting on the last 12 months, I’m thinking of the things I want to be different over the next 12. A new year is a symbolic page turner to a new story, and most of the time I think that new story for me is to operate at a higher frequency.  

It's also Natural Awakenings’ 30th anniversary. Throughout the pages of this month’s magazine, you’ll see articles delving into our origins and vision for the future, as we continue the Natural Awakenings mission to help readers operate at higher frequencies. Finally, I’m so thankful for our advertising partners, readers, distribution partners and everyone who works on the magazine (nationally and locally) to make it possible. It’s a labor of love for so many people—and they are all contributing to its longevity.
