The Carolinas Weight Loss Institute (CWLI) Gastonia Clinic will be hosting a free Open House and Ribbon Cutting by the Chamber of Commerce at their new location at 216 South New Hope Road on January 30. CWLI outgrew their previous location and recently moved into the new facility with expanded services being offered including free consultations for weight loss and other issues each weekday.
The community is welcome to tour the clinic and find out about all the personalized programming that the CWLI offers for patients to live healthy lives.
Some lunchtime appointments are also available. CWLI, which also has clinics in Forest City, Columbus and Clinton, North Carolina, and Demapolis, Alabama, offers long- distance appointments to patients unable to come to the office.
More than 10 years ago, Dr. Lidia Adkins, CFMP, DC, PKT, founder and CEO of the Carolinas Weight Loss Institute, began pursuing developing a holistic, functional weight- loss protocol that considers the uniqueness of each individual, according to that persons’ genetic make up, metabolic predisposition and health status. Through Adkins’ personalized and unique approach, protocol and tools, patients can lose up to a pound a day. She recently released an additional five new formulas that she developed to address specific challenges.
