Biketoberfest, the unique, annual, family-friendly urban adventure benefitting Sustain Charlotte, will feature a scavenger hunt-style walk-or-bike event from noon to 4 p.m. followed by an after-party with live music, exclusive beer and giveaways at Triple C Brewing Co. starting at 4:30 p.m., all on October 30. Participants will bike, walk and/or use public transportation throughout Charlotte to visit curated destinations and local businesses along the routes while collecting stamps in an event passport toward winning prizes—the more stamps collected, the greater the chances of winning.

The event highlights the many ways Charlotte can be experienced and enjoyed without driving. The bike ride for all ability levels will go through the South End, Uptown and Historic West End, and there’ll be a shorter route for families and others that prefer to walk.  

Participants can also earn prizes through a peer-to-peer fundraising challenge.

All funds raised will support Sustain Charlotte’s mission and ongoing efforts of inspiring choices that lead to a healthy, equitable and vibrant community for generations to come.
