Kick off the summer by heading outdoors and engaging in favorite pursuits in nature at NC Trail Days from May 30 to June 2. A short drive from Charlotte, enjoy the outdoor recreation opportunities in the trail towns of Elkin and Jonesville, activities will include themed hikes, paddle excursions, rock climbing outings, a vendor village and live music nightly. 

An ideal location being separated by the Yadkin River and at the junction of three state trails in the Blue Ridge foothills, the festival is free while many of its events require registration that may include a fee or a request for a donation.

On the variety of activities that await participants, NC Trail Days Director Logan Haynes says, “Chances are, you’ll find it here in the foothills and the Elkin area is the perfect base camp!”
